SLA Performance Analyst opening at Landacorp

Landacorp has announced an opening for a SLA Performance Analyst, a full-time position in Chico. Some of the job requirements include reviewing Landacorp client contracts to enhance service performance, ensuring organizational performance compliance against all client SLAs, and conducting audit and compliance activities to track and provide ongoing reporting on performance against SLAs.
